As a manager, you can set the permissions granted to your staff. New staff restrictions are available. You can choose whether or not you want to give staff the control of a manager and thus give them the ability to override sessions. You can also set up filtered views for your staff accounts on defined teachers.
Possibility 1 : Restrict access to some features from URLs
In "Settings" > "Staff" > "Add role".
At the bottom of the modal, in the Restricted URLs section, enter the URL that corresponds to the permissions you want to grant to your staff (add as many as you wish)
From now on, the staff who have this role will only have access to the defined URLs. Other sections will not appear on the account.
Possibility 2 : Give the possibility or not to staff to override the registration to a session (in other words, to have a manager control)
In "Settings" > "Staff" > "Add role", scroll down the modal.
If you want to give the staff the control of a manager, tick the checkbox (it is ticked by default), otherwise, untick it.
If you have chosen to remove the control of a manager, the staff with this role will no longer be able to force actions like the manager : force the booking of a session in an unavailable establishment, force the booking with an unavailable teacher, exceed the maximum number of members registered to a session or a waiting list.
Possibility 3 : Restrict the access of a staff to certain defined teachers
In "Settings" > "Staff" > On all staff accounts that have a role you have created, a "Select teachers" selector appears : Select the desired teachers
(This selector also appears when adding a staff access, if the selected role is one you have created)
On this staff account, a filtered view will automatically be applied. The staff will only have access to the teachers previously selected. This allows to see only the teachers indicated on the different calendar and schedule views.
