Set up the waitlist
Go to Settings > Waitlist > Configure the settings
Choose whether the available spots are reserved exclusively for people on the waitlist or not.
Ensure the customer has one valid pass compatible with the session, with enough credits. This will remove any member from the waitlist if they do not have a valid or compatible pass.
Choose the priority for the available spots.
"One by one": the first customer who joined the waitlist is notified. If they do not book, they are removed from the waitlist and the next person who joined the waitlist is notified.
"First come, first served": All customers on the waitlist will be notified at the same time informing them of the available spot that has opened up. The first person to book on the waitlist, gets the spot.
Manage the "One by one" setting.
The “One by one” option is used to notify members when a spot becomes available. It contacts members on the waitlist individually, following the order in which they joined, starting with the first member on the list.
Select "One by one" and fill in the settings:
Choose the number of reminders sent to the customer before giving his place to the next customer on the waitlist.
Choose if the first customer on the waitlist is automatically registered when a place becomes available (with a credit on his or her course card).
Choose if, in the case a spot becomes available and the first customer on the waitlist cannot be automatically registered due to a lack of compatible pass or insufficient credit, then the member is removed."
Determine the deadline for registration:
Simple management: choose the number of minutes the student has to reserve his place before the next one takes his place.
Intelligent management: choose a percentage of time proportional to the time remaining before the session for the student to reserve before leaving his place.
Show the place on the waitlist:
Decide if you want to display the position on the waitlist for your customer.
Then click on "Save".
