To learn how to create the room plan, follow this method :
1st Step: Create the room plan.
2nd Step: Create a session using the room plan.
3rd Step: Schedule the spot during the booking.
In "Calendar" or "Schedule", select the session > Click on "Manage my bookings"
Search for the name of the client to register > Click on "Book in" > Choose the pass to use or to bill > Select the spot to book > "Confirm".
You can now see which are spots occupied and which spot was given to each member.
