Step 1 : Add a configuration for payments in instalments

Go to the "Transactions" tab > "Payments facilities" > Click on "Add a configuration".

Step 2 : Fill in the form

  • Indicate a name (e.g : Payment in 3 instalments), this name will appear in the basket

  • Choose the option of paying full price in several instalments

  • Select an interval : daily, weekly, monthly, yearly

  • Indicate the repetition (e.g : repeat every 2 months)

  • Indicate the number of billings

You will have a simulation of the configuration at the bottom of the page to avoid any error (e.g : Payments will be charged every 1 months for a total duration of 3 month and it'll generate 3 billings).

  • Indicate the compatibility of this payments in instalments (pass, appointment pass, pack, webshop products, gift cards)

If you want to make all the products compatible with this configuration, you will have to check "Compatible with all the (...)".

  • Indicate a minimum amount of the purchase basket (optional)

  • Customise the amount of the first payment (optional): it can be indicated as a fixed amount or as a percentage of the total basket price. Subsequent payments will be adapted accordingly.

  • Check or uncheck the option "Offered only when all basket items are compatible"

By default, if items compatible with the payment in instalments are in the purchase basket with incompatible items, the payment in instalments will not be proposed. By deactivating this function, the payment in instalments will still be proposed, as long as a compatible item is in the purchase basket.

Customer's vision:

The customer will be offered all the payments in several times that you will have created (if the products of his shopping cart are compatible and the amount of the cart is higher than the limit that you will have indicated).
