You can find the “Hide passes, subscriptions, and packs if the member already owns a compatible product” feature under Settings -> Personalization -> Bookings.

Important to note that the feature works for subscriptions, passes, and packs (basically everything under the My Passes category) but not for appointments currently.

This option refers to the suggestions members receive when trying to book a session or a class both on Marketplace and the application*. Here is what view you get typically if it is disabled:

And here is the view once you enable the feature:

To clarify, If you have compatible passes the system will not provide suggestions once enabled. At the same time, provided that you have passes that are not compatible or expired (or do not have passes at all) then suggestions appear so you could buy a suitable one. Regardless, if you decide to keep suggestions appearing, you still have control over the Pass Categories.

*Disclaimer: The feature currently works only for the Marketplace, the app version is scheduled for release after the next update (possibly beginning of July 22’)
