For the teacher's view, you can control which tabs your teachers have access to. You can also decide to activate the teacher's view by default for all your teachers.

⚠️The parameters described here only affect the teacher's view on the web, not on the app.

Step 1: Go to the customization tab

Go to Settings > Teacher View

Step 2: Manage the activation of the teacher area

In the "Access" section, activate the toggle if you want all your future teachers to have the access activated by default. For old teachers, you will have to activate it manually on their profile.

Step 3: Set up restrictions

In the "Restrictions" section, activate the toggles for the tabs you want your teachers to have access to. The restrictions will apply to all teachers with the teacher view enabled.

The Substitution tab is only available if you have the Substitution add-on.

Step 4: Save your changes.
