It is possible to modify the email address associated with a member's account directly from his account or from the backoffice.
There are several cases :
For members who already have an email address associated with their account
1st case: Modification of the email address of a member (that already has an email) by adding an email not belonging to bsport's database
- Sends an informative email to both email addresses (new + old) 
- Email is modified instantly 
2nd case: Modification of the email address of a member (that already has an email) by adding an email belonging to another studio using bsport
- Sends a confirmation email - to the new email address to accept the merge 
- to the old email address with a button to refuse the merge 
 
- Keeps the old email until the confirmation is done 
- After 7 days without confirmation --> modification request expires 
For members who don't yet have an email address associated with their account
3rd case: Adding an email address for a member (not having email) with an email NOT belonging to the bsport database
- Sends an informative email to both email addresses (new + old) 
- Email is modified instantly 
4th case: Adding an email address for a member (not having email) with an email belonging to another studio
- Sends a confirmation email to the new email address to accept the merger 
- Keeps the old email until the confirmation is done 
- After 7 days without confirmation --> change request expires 
For Franchises
5th case: Modification of a member (that already has an email) by adding an email belonging to the franchise
- Sends an email to warn of the merger 
- Instant merger 
6th case: Adding an email address for a member (not having an email) with an email belonging to the franchise
- Sends an email to warn of the merger 
- Instant merger
