Buenro Credits are our way of rewarding Curators—those who lead group trips and bring people together. Credits act like a discount and are subtracted from your share of the booking total at checkout.
1. What Are Buenro Credits?
Buenro Credits are:
Promotional credits issued by Buenro
Applied to your share of a group booking at checkout
Not transferrable or withdrawable as cash
Automatically applied to eligible bookings
You can check your credit balance in the app by tapping the ☰ menu > Credits & Referrals.
2. How Can I Earn Credits?
There are two active campaigns for earning credits:
The Curator Campaign
Earn 50% cashback in credits on your room when you:
Start a group trip (5+ bedrooms)
Claim the first room
Invite your crew to claim the remaining rooms
Confirm the full booking
🎯 Example: For a 5-room stay costing €2,000 per room, if you claim the first room and the group completes the booking, you earn €1,000 in credits.
The Buenro Base Campaign
Stay at the Buenro Base and earn 20% cashback in credits per night, up to €500.
If you’ve already stayed this summer, your credits should be available in-app.
3. Where Can I See My Credit Balance?
Open the ☰ menu in the app
Tap Credits & Referrals
Review available balance, expiry dates, and usage history
Credits will also be shown at checkout if you're eligible to apply them.
4. What Can Credits Be Used For?
Credits can be used for:
Your personal room share in a group booking
Any eligible booking within the app (see Explore)
Credits cannot be used for:
Paying for the full home (i.e. all rooms)
Buenro service fees or taxes
External services (e.g. tours, insurance)
You’ll see the option to apply them just after the pricing section during checkout.
5. Do Credits Expire?
Yes—most credits expire 12 months from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified. Expired credits:
Are removed automatically
Cannot be reinstated
6. What If I Cancel a Booking That Used Credits?
If your booking is eligible for a refund, used credits may be returned to your balance
Expired credits won’t be restored
If the booking is non-refundable, used credits are forfeited
