Curators are more than group organisers — they’re the point of coordination and accountability during a Buenro stay. Their actions directly affect the safety, experience, and success of the booking.
1. Be the Main Point of Contact
As a Curator, you:
Communicate with the Property Manager before and during the stay
Pass along important information to the group (e.g. check-in codes, safety rules)
Are listed as the group’s responsible party in the event of issues
2. Make Sure the Group Is Informed
Ensure all guests understand the house rules
Remind users about check-in/out times, no-guest policies, and shared space etiquette
Use the group chat to keep everyone aligned
3. Handle Issues Promptly
If something goes wrong:
Talk to the guest(s) involved directly (when safe and appropriate)
Report damages, disruptions, or violations using the Help tab
Maintain a written log of what happened, just in case support needs it
4. Manage Access and Guests
Make sure only approved users are in the house
Don’t allow unregistered guests or parties
Coordinate how keys, codes, or instructions are shared
5. Help Keep the Property Secure
Lock up when everyone’s out
Flag broken locks, windows, or missing items to the Property Manager
Encourage responsible behavior from everyone
6. Uphold Platform Rules
As the organiser, you’re responsible for ensuring:
No one in your group breaks the Buenro Rules
Guests aren’t engaging in off-platform or commercial use
Everyone feels safe and respected
7. Need Backup? Ask Support
Curators can always reach out to Buenro Support during or after the stay for help with:
Conflicts
Damage reports
Emergencies
Use the Help tab in the app — we’re here to back you up.
