One of the methods to upload your bill/invoice/receipt is to send the receipt image via WhatsApp and send it to Shoebox phone number : 016 - 699 9999.
However, the Phone number needs to be registered first. Follow the steps below to register your phone number.
1. Go to Control Panel > Shoebox Settings > Click on the Edit Icon and enter your phone number.
2. Once done you can start to send your receipt via WhatsApp already.
Register your Employee Phone Number.
If you have employees and need them to send the receipt directly to Shoebox number, you can register your employee number as well.
1. Create the Employee contact. Go to Contacts > +New > Enter the Employee Name
2. Make sure to tick the Employee type.
3. Once done click Save.
4. Go to Control Panel > Shoebox setting > now you can see the employee name will appear in the shoebox setting list.
5. Click on the edit Icon and add your employee WhatsApp number.
6. Now your employee can start to send the receipt to Shoebox phone number : 016 - 699 9999.
