Record your Expense with Digital Shoebox - Via Computer

Manage your bill will be easiest by only uploading your Invoice/Bill/Receipt using the Digital Shoebox. To upload your Invoice/Bill/Receipt, follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to Digital Shoebox > Upload

2. Upload Invoices & Bills window appear. There are 3 ways to upload:

3. Click on Upload Files Here, to upload the file from your PC.

4. Select your Files.

5. The selected files will be uploaded in the Bukku (As per the image below).

6. Next you will see the upload files under Ready.

7. Click on one of the uploaded files and the system will show the side by side comparison between files and extracted transactions.

8. You can choose to create the transactions as:

  • Bill

  • Invoice

  • Money In

  • Money Out

9. Once done, click on Create.

10. You will receive a pop up message mentioning the transaction is created.

11. To double check the transaction, go to Purchases > Bill.

12. Click on View and you can see the File is attached together with the transaction.
