How do I activate my virtual mailbox after purchase?

After purchase, add recipients, complete USPS Form 1583 and ID, then wait for approval before using your virtual mailbox address.

After purchasing your virtual mailbox, log in to your BusinessAnywhere dashboard, open the Virtual Mailbox section, and complete the setup checklist. You will need to:

  • Add all recipients (each person or company that will receive mail at your address).

Once you upload the notarized USPS Form 1583 and required IDs, your mailbox will move to “Under review” while our team checks everything. When your status changes to “Active”, you will see your mailbox as active in the dashboard and receive a confirmation email.

Do not start using or sharing your new virtual mailbox address with banks, clients, or services until the mailbox shows as Active in your dashboard. If you need help notarizing Form 1583, you can use our Online Notary directly from the setup flow.
