If you no events showing on your desktop app, there are a few steps to try before contacting us;

Check events are enabled on the Windows desktop app

  1. Head to the Settings area of the desktop app

  2. Select "Events" within "Cammy Settings"

  3. Ensure all cameras are selected under "Real Time Activity Cameras" use the drop down to select all cameras you wish to use events for

  4. Click to "Save" the changes

Check your Alarms are armed

  1. You will only receive alerts from Cammy when your alarm is armed or an identity that is set to override arm status is identified. To check your hub is armed, head to the "Settings" tab of your desktop or mobile app.

  2. Select "Premise Alarm" and see your current alarm status. If the alarm is set to disarmed, change the alarm settings to suit your desired arm times.

πŸ”— See Alarms for further information on how to use and set up your alarms.

Check Cammy AI is running

  1. Head to the "Settings" tab of your desktop app.

  2. Select "Hubs" from the "Cammy Settings" area

  3. In the hubs list, check that "Cammy AI" is online. If Cammy AI is showing as online, contact the support team via the contact us page for further assistance.

If "Cammy AI" is showing as offline, please try the below steps;

  1. Head to the "Services" area of your PC. This can be found by typing "Services" into the search bar at the bottom left hand side of your machine home screen or check your "Windows Administrative Tools" folder for "Services".

  2. Open up "Services" and scroll down until you find "Cammy AI". Right click on Cammy AI and then select "Restart". After a few minutes, return to your Windows desktop app and test your system to see if identities are now being recognised.

πŸ—¨οΈ If you have tried all of the above steps but you still have no events, please reach out to one of the team via the contact us page, or live chat available on the desktop app, website and mobile app.
