If you are not receiving notifications from Cammy, there are a few things to check before contacting us.
Check your alarm is armed
You will only receive alerts from Cammy when your alarm is armed or an identity that is set to override arm status is identified. To check Cammy is armed, head to the "Settings" tab of your desktop or mobile app.
Select "Premise Alarm" and see your current alarm status. If the alarm is set to disarmed, change the alarm settings to suit your desired arm times.

Check notification settings
If your alarm is armed, but you are still not receiving notifications, head to the "Settings" tab of your desktop or mobile app.
Select "Premise Alarm".
Click the pen icon ποΈ in the top right hand corner of your alarm to access the alarm settings.
Select the pen icon ποΈ next to "Methods" and ensure at least 1 method of notification is highlighted.
Lastly, check the users selected to notify are correct.
