Carebility sends push notifications to help you stay on track with:
Course reminders

Course updates and announcements
Important information from your organization
Enable Notifications

If You Haven’t Enabled Notifications Yet
Open Settings (tap the gear icon at the bottom of your screen)
Tap Notifications
Tap Enable Notifications
If the button says Open Settings, your device settings are currently blocking notifications. Skip to the “What if the Enable button doesn’t work?” section below.

After tapping Enable Notifications, your device will ask for permission.
On iPhone or iPad
A popup will appear asking if Carebility can send notifications.
Tap Allow to turn on notifications
Tap Don’t Allow to skip (you can change this later)
On Android
A permission request will appear.
Tap Allow to turn on notifications

Verify Notifications Are Working

Once notifications are enabled, it’s a good idea to test them.
Go to Settings
Tap Notifications
Confirm you see “Push Notifications are enabled!”
Tap Send Test Notification
A test notification should appear on your device within a few seconds.
If you don’t receive it:
Check your device notification settings
Make sure Carebility is not blocked
Try sending the test again

Scroll down and tap Carebility

On Android

Tap Apps or Applications
Select Carebility

What If the Enable Button Doesn’t Work?
What If the Enable Button Doesn’t Work?
If tapping Enable Notifications does nothing or shows Open Settings, notifications are disabled at the device level.
Fix: Enable Notifications in Device Settings
In Carebility, go to Settings > Notifications
Tap Open Settings
In your device settings, find Notifications or Push Notifications
Turn notifications on
Return to the Carebility app and send a test notification to confirm.
If It Still Doesn’t Work
Make sure:
Notification permission is fully allowed (not limited)
Carebility is not muted or silenced
Your device is not in Do Not Disturb or Silent mode
You have an active internet connection
Your device has available storage space
