No Organizations

This article explains what to do if you see the “No Organizations” screen after signing in to the Carebility app.

What Does This Mean?

If you see No Organizations, it means your Carebility account is not currently connected to a workplace or organization. Without an organization, you won’t be able to access courses or training content.

This is usually temporary and can be resolved with help from your organization’s administrator.


Common Reasons You Might See This Screen

You’re new to the organization

Your account may not have been added to your organization yet. This can happen if:

  • You recently started a new job or role

  • Your employer just began using Carebility

  • Your account was created but not fully set up

Your account was removed from an organization

If you previously had access but no longer do:

  • Your role may have changed

  • Your employment status may have been updated

  • An administrative update may be needed

You signed in with the wrong email

If you have more than one email address, you may have signed in with an email that isn’t linked to your organization.


What to Do Next

Step 1: Contact your administrator

Reach out to the person who manages training at your workplace. This could be:

  • Your supervisor or manager

  • Human Resources (HR)

  • A training coordinator or administrator

Let them know:

  • Your full name

  • The email address you’re using to sign in

  • That you need to be added to the organization in Carebility


Step 2: Confirm your email address

Make sure you’re signing in with the email your organization has on file.

To try again:

  1. Tap Sign Out

  2. Sign back in using your email on file.

  3. If you’re unsure which email to use, ask your administrator


Step 3: Contact Carebility Support

If you’ve confirmed your email and contacted your administrator but still see this screen, our support team can help.

To contact support:

  1. Tap Get Help on the No Organizations screen

  2. Include:

    • The email address you’re using

    • Your organization’s name (if known)

    • Any error messages you see

  3. Our team will follow up to assist you


Frequently Asked Questions

⏰ How long does it take to be added to an organization?

Once your administrator adds you, access is usually immediate. If needed, sign out and sign back in after they confirm.

Can I use Carebility without an organization?

No. All Carebility training and content is provided through an organization.

I was added, but still see the No Organizations screen

Try the following:

  1. Pull down on the screen to refresh

  2. Sign out and sign back in

  3. Confirm you’re using the same email your administrator added

If the issue continues, contact support.

I belong to multiple organizations

This screen only appears if your account is not connected to any organization. If you belong to multiple organizations, you would see a workspace selection screen instead. Contact your administrator to verify your setup.
