Overview
Education assignments in Carebility are managed differently for new hires and rehires within Creative Solutions. This ensures each user receives the correct training at the appropriate time.
New Hires
For brand new employees:
Courses are automatically assigned once the user has been added to Carebility.
This typically occurs shortly after the user syncs over from Dayforce.
No manual action is needed—learning paths will populate on their own.
Rehires
For employees who are rehired at the same facility:
Courses are assigned manually by our team.
Assignments are completed each morning by 10:00 AM.
This process ensures prior training history is reviewed and duplicates are avoided.
What to Expect
If a new hire does not see courses right away, allow time for the Dayforce sync to complete.
Rehires may experience a short delay until the next morning’s assignment process.
Once assigned, courses will appear in the user’s Learning Path.
