How to Use Surprise & Delight Campaigns

Surprise & Delight campaigns let you reward customers with one-off gifts or bonuses outside your regular earning rules — great for re-engaging lapsed customers, celebrating milestones, or running a one-time promotion. Note: this is a manually created and triggered campaign — it is not an automatic rule tied to a specific purchase (e.g. it cannot automatically award bonus points every time a customer buys a specific product).

Navigate to Program → Surprise & Delight to get started.

Surprise Campaigns List

This page lists all your surprise campaigns and lets you track their performance. If you haven't created one yet, you'll see "not added yet."

Creating / Editing a Campaign

Click "+ Create Campaign" in the top-right to open the campaign builder, or select an existing campaign to edit it.

Basic Information

  • Campaign Name — Give it a clear, descriptive name.

  • Campaign Description — Describe the purpose and details of this campaign.

Campaign Type

  • One-time — Campaign runs once and delivers rewards to customers.

  • Recurring — Campaign runs repeatedly based on a configured frequency. Coming soon.

Customer Targeting

  • All Customers — Send the campaign to your entire customer base.

  • Custom Customer List — Upload or select a specific list of customers. Coming soon.

Campaign Rewards

After saving the campaign's basic details, add rewards to it from the campaigns list — a campaign with no rewards added yet will show "No rewards added yet. Add rewards from the campaigns list."

Once configured and rewards are added, your campaign will appear in the Surprise Campaigns list where you can track its performance.
