Can I Rename "Points" to Something Else?
Short answer: Not yet — but it's coming soon!
Casa Loyalty includes a Point Currency feature (found in Program → Points) that will allow you to customise the name of your loyalty currency. For example, instead of "Points", you could display "Stars", "Coins", "Gems", or any name that fits your brand.
What the Settings Look Like
In the Points tab, under Point Currency, you'll see two fields:
Plural — e.g. "Points" → "Stars"
Singular — e.g. "Point" → "Star"
These fields are currently marked as "Coming soon" and are not yet editable.
What to Do in the Meantime
While this feature is in development, your loyalty currency will display as "Points" by default throughout the customer-facing widget and emails. Keep an eye on our product updates for when this feature launches!
