Understanding the Action Center

The Action Center is where you review and approve customer-submitted loyalty actions that require manual verification before points are awarded.

Overview

The Actions section (Casa Loyalty → Actions) is the Action Center — a dashboard for reviewing and manually approving or rejecting customer-submitted actions that require verification before points are awarded (e.g. social media follows or custom actions that need proof).

Two Tables

The Action Center has two separate tables:

Table 1 — Action Submissions

Filter by: All / Pending / Approved / Cancelled

This is where submitted actions land for your review. Pending actions are waiting for your approval before points are issued.

Table 2 — Processed Actions

Filter by: All / Pending / Processed

This table tracks actions that have already been handled — either approved (points issued) or cancelled.

How It Works

  1. When you set up a "Ways to Earn" action that requires manual verification (e.g. a customer submits a screenshot as proof), the submission appears in Table 1 as Pending.

  2. You review the submission and either Approve (points are awarded) or Cancel it.

  3. Processed items move to Table 2.

If no actions require manual verification, both tables will show "No data yet."

Tip

Not all earning actions go through the Action Center — only those that require manual approval. Actions like "Place an Order" and "Sign Up" are automatic and never appear here.
