There are multiple situations you may find yourself in where you need to update or change your password. Please see the below examples of how you can approach this problem!
I can log in but want to change my password to a new one
Navigate to the Profile Icon in the top right
Choose Settings
Scroll down on this page to the Update Password section
Enter your new password, and then confirm it
Choose Update Password.
I forgot my password
Navigate to app.casestatus.com
Type in your email and then choose Forgot your password?
On the next screen confirm your email is typed correctly and choose Submit
You will receive an email where you can click Reset Password
On this page type your new password and confirm it
Save the new password and you should be good to go!
Please Note: If you see the below error then you have clicked an old or expired link. Send a new reset link and click that one to try and reset again.
Error! Please double check your password reset token and try again.
I forgot my password and I don't have access to my account email
Navigate to app.casestatus.com
Remove your email and put your phone number in and hit the Next arrow
You will be sent a pin number to your phone number
Enter the pin and hit log in
Once you are logged in you can navigate to your User Account Settings to update your email and password.
I don't have access to my email or my phone number
If you don't have access to any of your accounts listed in your Case Status account you will need to reach out to your Case Status Admin at your Firm. They will be able to go into your user log in email. Once that is done you can follow the above "I forgot my password" scenario.
