Case Status has the option to use the Chrome extension within your Case Management System. This allows you to utilize Case Status without having to leave your CMS.
How to install the Chrome extension
Within Case Status choose your Profile Icon and choose Settings
Scroll down and choose the Download hyperlink under Case Status for Google Chrome Extension
Install the extension
Once the extension is installed navigate to your extension in Chrome by clicking the puzzle piece button.
From this extensions window click the thumbtack icon to pin the extension. This will allow you to click the Case Status icon when inside your CMS to open the Case Status extension.
