Overview of integrating external calendars for Firm Staff Members

When you create an appointment within Case Status you can have it link to your external calendar so you never miss a call/meeting!

Please note: Only Google Calendar and Outlook are currently supported

How to integrate your external calendar

  1. Within Case Status choose the Profile Icon in the top right and choose Settings

  2. Scroll down to Configuration

  3. You will see a Calendar option with None under it

  4. Click the dropdown and choose either Google Calendar or Outlook

  5. Follow the authorization steps to allow Case Status access to your calendar
