The Funnel is the workplace where you can organize and carry out an orderly process for each of your prospects, you can customize it according to the characteristics and needs of your business.

To create a funnel, you must access from the left sidebar in "Funnels" and in the upper left corner you will find the drop-down list of your created funnels and until the end the option to add funnel.

In the funnel you will be able to manage your Leads and keep the process in order so that in a few seconds you can know the general status of your business.
