There are two ways to request content rights through Cevoid: sending a direct message or leaving a comment under the original post.
This article explains how to request posts through comments. Click here to learn how to request rights through direct messages.
When sending a request through the comments field, you ask the creator to answer with a hashtag to approve your request.
Set up your comment request templates
When you send a request, you have access to your templates which includes all the necessary information for a message. We recommend that you set up at least one template for each language you plan to send requests in.
To set up a message template for comments,
Navigate to Settings > Instagram
Click Edit next to request message
Select Comments
Click New message
Enter the following information
Title - Used internally by your team
Approve hashtag - The hashtag you want members to use for approval
Website terms - Link to your Terms of Service
Request message - The default message you want to use for this template
Include the tags %{approveHashtag}% and %{terms}% to dynamically replace the text with your Approve hashtag and Website terms
Click Create
Guidelines for terms of service can be found here

One click request for Mentions
If the post you want to request is a @mentioned post, you will see a Send message button, allowing you to send the request directly from the Cevoid platform automatically and skip step 3-6 mentioned above.
Auto-approve
If you want the post to display directly in your galleries when the user has approved your request, you can check the Auto-approve box.
Post status after you have sent a request
After you’ve sent your request, note that a post can have four different statuses.
Pending status means you’ve sent the request, and the creator has yet to respond.
Approved status means the creator has replied to your comment with the accepted hashtag, allowing you to use their content.
Declined status means the creator has rejected your request to use their content.
