You can skip sending the rights request if you’ve already acquired the rights to use a specific Instagram post (e.g., by getting approval through other channels outside of Cevoid).
Skip the request flow for a Tagged or mentioned post
Navigate to Collect > Instagram
Click request on the post you want to access (no request will be sent)
Click three dots icon (...) in the upper right corner
Click I already have rights to use this post
Click Access post
Done, the post will now be available in Library > Inbox
Skip the request flow for a hashtagged post
Since Instagram does not provide the username for for hashtagged posts, you will need to enter the creators username before skipping the request flow.
Navigate to Collect > Instagram
Click request on the post you want to access (no request will be sent)
Open the Instagram post by clicking the Instagram icon
Copy the creator's username
Navigate back to Cevoid
Click three dots icon (...) in the upper right corner
Click I already have rights to use this post
Paste the username
In the dropdown list:
Select the member (will appear if they already are a member)
or select Create member: username, click (appears if they are not a member)
Click Create member and access post
Done, the post will now be available in Library > Inbox
