Logging Results for Members
Objective
This SOP outlines the steps for coaches to log workout results for members in the results and analytics tab.
Key Steps
2 Options:
Option 1 -
Step 1: Access the Results and Analytics Tab
Navigate to the Results and Analytics tab in the system.
Step 2: Find the Workout
Locate the specific workout you want to log results for.
Click on Results.
Step 3: Add or Edit Results
In the top right corner, click on Add/Edit a Result.
Step 4: Search for the Member
Use the search function to find the member for whom you want to log results.
Step 5: Input the Score
Enter the score achieved by the member.
Step 6: Add Notes and Picture
Type any relevant notes for the member.
Upload a picture if necessary.
Step 7: Specify Workout Type
Indicate if the workout was done RX (as prescribed) or scaled.
If applicable, select the member's level for level-based workouts.
Step 8: Save the Results
Click on Save to finalize the entry.
