You can suspend members access, mark them to have a payment issue, make members inactive, or totally delete members right from their athlete profile.

Suspending a member removes their access to see the schedule of classes, communication, workouts, etc. They are still apart of the gym and in your member list.

Best practice is to use this for payment issues, pauses and holds, and other related issues.

The difference between suspending and marking them with a Payment Issue is that a payment issue will still let them see the workouts and other related content, but won't let them reserve for classes before they fix the payment issue. When there is a payment issue, this button is triggered automatically and will revert back to active when the issue is fixed, but can manually adjust it as well.

Making a member Inactive removes them from your gym, but will remain in your member list if there's a chance you want to make them active again.

This will totally remove them from being able to login to your gym to access your content.

Best practice is to use this for a member that has cancelled their membership, but may have a chance to come back in the future.

Deleting a member totally removes them from not having access to your gym and seeing any of your content, and also removes them from your member list.

Best practice is to use this for a member that has cancelled their membership, maybe due to moving away, and will not return to your gym again.

It's very helpful to get an idea of how to navigate which one you might prefer if you utilize the "Last Active on App" column in "Members".
