Committed Club: How It Works and How to Set It Up

Committed Club is a built-in way to recognize your most consistent members. It rewards anyone who hits a target number of check-ins each month with a trophy badge and a spot on that month's gym leaderboard — a fun bit of gamification that can help keep members showing up.

Here's how to turn it on, and what your members will see once you do.

Turning On Committed Club

  1. Go to Admins > Organization > Committed Club Setup.

  2. Toggle Committed Club on.

  3. Under Days attended per month to join the club, enter the number of check-in days a member needs each month to earn that month's trophy (for example, 12).

  4. Under Tracks that count toward the club, choose which track(s) should count toward the monthly goal. You can select more than one.

  5. Under Classes that never count (exceptions), choose any classes that should never count toward the club — even if they're on a selected track. This is useful for recurring or one-off classes (like a special workshop) that shouldn't count toward regular attendance.

  6. Check the What Counts panel on the right side of the page. It updates live as you change your settings, showing exactly which classes will and won't count — including one-off classes, marked accordingly. Use this to double-check your setup before saving.

  7. Click Save Committed Club.

📝 Note: A member only needs one check-in on a given day for it to count as a "day attended" — multiple classes on the same day still count as just one day toward the goal.

What Members See

Once Committed Club is on, members get a new Committed Club menu item (found under Me). From there, they can see:

  • Their Trophy Case — a badge for every month they've hit the goal, showing their total trophy count and how many days they logged that month.

  • Their progress this month, including how many days they've checked in, how many days are left in the month, and how many more check-ins they need to join the club.

  • A month by month breakdown of their attendance history.

  • The current month's leaderboard, ranking members by check-ins — with arrows to look back at leaderboards from previous months. (Don't forget to high five members on their progress!!)

Members can also keep an eye on their progress without leaving other parts of the app:

  • In Class Schedule, next to My Reservations, a small trophy badge shows their current check-in count for the month at a glance.

  • On My Dashboard, the Overview tab includes a Committed Club stat card showing their check-ins for the month alongside their other stats.

That's it — once Committed Club is set up, it runs automatically each month, so members always have a fresh goal to chase and a reason to keep showing up.
