SOP: Creating a Limited Access Subscription Membership

Objective

To create a subscription membership that limits the number of classes a member can access during a week. (i.e. 3x per week)

Key Steps

  1. Fill in the name for the membership.

  2. Add the tracks to associate with the membership (e.g., workout of the day track, open gym track).

  3. Specify the maximum number of classes a member can access per week (e.g., three classes).

  4. Set a billing cycle limit (e.g., four week cycles).

  5. Choose the billing cycle limit option over the monthly limit option.

  6. Set limits for each individual track if needed.

  7. Save the membership template.

  8. Add a payment plan for the membership.

Cautionary Notes

  • Ensure that the combined tracks option overrides all other options for each track.

  • Double-check the limits and access settings before saving the membership template.

  • Be cautious when removing access to specific tracks, as it may affect existing members.

Tips for Efficiency

  • Keep track of the number of classes allowed per week to avoid overbooking.

  • Regularly review and update the membership settings to meet the needs of your customers.

  • Communicate any changes in access or limits to members to avoid confusion.
