If you've made a purchase and the money was debited from your account but you haven't received the gold coin bundle, it likely means that the purchase failed to process successfully. Failed transactions occur when the purchase shows as pending but the transaction doesn’t complete. Refunds for such cases are generally processed by your payment provider within 1-3 business days.

Refund Timeline Details

Refunds for failed transactions typically take 1–3 business days to process. However, in rare cases, the timeline may extend up to 3–5 business days depending on the policies of your bank or payment provider.

In the event of a failed purchase, you will be automatically refunded within 1–3 business days. In rare circumstances, refunds may take up to 3–5 business days based on your payment provider's processing times. Please be patient as the refund is processed.

If you haven’t received your refund after 3–5 business days, we recommend waiting an additional two days before contacting your bank or card issuer. Since your purchase went to pending and did not settle on our end, we do not have the funds that were deducted from your account. After this additional waiting period, your bank should be able to help resolve this issue and provide information on the transaction status.
