Customer reviews are essential for your business’s growth. The review setup options in Chariot are designed to make it simple and efficient to collect feedback from your customers and encourage positive reviews.

How to Set Up Automated Review Requests

1. Request Setup from Support

  • Third-Party Review Sites: Include URLs for any external review platforms (e.g., Google, Yelp) where you’d like customers to share reviews.

  • Timing Preferences: Specify your ideal timing for sending review requests after a job is marked as Completed-Open or Completed-Closed.

    By default, review requests are scheduled to go out at 10 am the day after a job is completed, but this can be customized.

2. Review Sending Hours

• For customer convenience, review requests will only be sent during daytime hours.

Once your preferences are set up, Chariot will automatically handle the timing and request process for each completed job, saving you time while increasing customer engagement and feedback.
