Why Use Automated Reviews?

Automated reviews help you gather customer feedback seamlessly without manual follow-up. Once configured, Chariot’s automated system will send a review request to customers every time a job is marked Completed.

How Automated Reviews Work

Automatic Review Requests

After a job is marked Completed (Open or Closed), Chariot will automatically send the customer a review request by email or text. The customer will be invited to leave a 1-5 star rating and can provide a longer comment if they wish.

Encouraging Positive Reviews on Third-Party Sites

  • If a customer provides a 5-star review, they’ll receive an additional prompt encouraging them to share it on Google or any third-party review sites you specify during setup.

Note: Only customers who provide a 5-star rating will be prompted to share their reviews on external platforms. Reviews rated below 5 stars will remain internal and viewable only within your Chariot system.

Customization Options

You can customize the timing for automated review requests based on your needs. Contact support@chariotmove.com to set up your preferences, including:

  • Preferred Timing: By default, review requests are sent at 10 am the day after completion. Timing can be customized to align with your customer engagement strategy.

  • Third-Party Review Sites: Specify any external sites where you’d like reviews to be shared.

Submitted Reviews

When a review is submitted, the full review will be posted on the Results tab in Chariot, providing easy access to all customer feedback in one place.

You'll see the full customer review, star rating, any tags the customer submitted alongside their review, as well as the review status.

Review Notifications

You can stay updated on review activity with Review Notifications. Notifications will appear directly in-app, accessible through the bell icon, or via email, ensuring you’re always informed when a review is submitted.

To adjust these notifications:

1. Navigate to Settings.

2. Go to the Notifications tab.

3. Look for the Review Submitted option.

Here, you can customize your preferences:

None: Disable notifications for submitted reviews.

Assigned to Me: Receive notifications only for reviews related to jobs assigned to you.

All: Get notified for all review submissions across jobs.

This flexibility allows you to stay connected to relevant review updates based on your preferences.

Automating reviews helps streamline feedback collection while enhancing your online presence.
