Chexy Bonus Aeroplan® Points Offer: Terms and Conditions

Limited Time Promotional Bonus Aeroplan Points Offer (this “Offer”): These Terms and Conditions (these “Offer Terms”) govern this Offer, and it is only available to eligible Chexy users who are also the primary cardholder of a new TD Aeroplan® Visa Infinite* Card or TD Aeroplan® Visa Infinite Privilege* Card account (each an “Eligible Card”). By participating in the Offer, you agree to these Offer Terms, in addition to the Chexy Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1.1. Eligible Chexy users who apply for, and are approved by The Toronto-Dominion Bank (“TD”), for a new Eligible Card during the Offer Period (each, an “Eligible Participant” or “you”) will earn 1 additional Aeroplan point per $1 in Eligible Bill Payments (defined below) made through Chexy using that Eligible Card (the “Bonus Points”). The Bonus Points are in addition to any Aeroplan points that may be earned by an Eligible Participant outside this Offer from TD or Aeroplan on qualifying Chexy purchase transactions.

1.2. The Bonus Points available under this Offer are awarded solely by Chexy, who will cause Aeroplan to issue and deposit the Bonus Points earned under this Offer to the Aeroplan account of an Eligible Participant. TD is not responsible or liable for any Bonus Points offered, earned or issued under this Offer.

1.3. Bonus Points will not appear on an Eligible Card monthly account statement or in the TD app. Bonus Points can be viewed in your Chexy account and, once issued and deposited by Aeroplan, in your Aeroplan account.

2.1. To be eligible for the Offer, you must:

(a) be a Chexy user in good standing with an active Chexy account;

(b) apply for an Eligible Card through the application link provided in your Chexy account or through an official Chexy channel on or after October 15, 2026;

(c) be approved for the Eligible Card by TD; and

(d) have an active Aeroplan account linked to your Chexy account.

2.2. This Offer is only available to the primary cardholder of a new Eligible Card account. You are not eligible if you currently hold, or have previously held, the Eligible Card you apply for, whether as a primary cardholder or an additional cardholder.

2.3. Applications submitted to TD, through a TD branch, through third-party sites, or through any channel other than a link provided by Chexy do not qualify for this Offer.

2.4. Card approval is at the sole discretion of TD and subject to TD's own terms, conditions, and credit criteria. Chexy has no role in, and no responsibility for, TD's approval decisions.

3.1. “Eligible Bill Payments” means payments successfully processed through Chexy using your Eligible Card, subject to the exclusions below.

3.2. The following do not qualify as Eligible Bill Payments and you won't earn any Bonus Points on:

(a) payments that fail, are returned, disputed, refunded, or charged back;

(b) Chexy fees, including transaction fees and subscription fees;

(c) payments made with any card other than the Eligible Card obtained through this Offer; and

(d) any payment Chexy reasonably determines to be fraudulent, abusive, or made primarily to generate points rather than to pay a bona fide bill.

3.3. Bonus Points are calculated on the bill amount before Chexy fees, in Canadian dollars.

4.1. Bonus Points accrue on Eligible Bill Payments made after your Eligible Card is approved and added to your Chexy account.

4.2. Bonus Points are only earned on Eligible Bill Payments made while an active Aeroplan account is linked to your Chexy account. If you link your Aeroplan account after making Eligible Bill Payments, Bonus Points will not be awarded retroactively for Eligible Bill Payments made before the Chexy and Aeroplan accounts are linked.

4.3. Bonus Points will be deposited by Aeroplan to the Aeroplan account linked to your Chexy account within 60 days after the date the Eligible Bill Payment is charged to your Eligible Card.

4.4. Bonus Points are earned on a maximum of $25,000 in Eligible Bill Payments per Eligible Participant during the 12-month period beginning on the date your Eligible Card is approved. Eligible bill payments beyond this maximum, or made after this 12-month period, do not earn Bonus Points.

4.5. You are responsible for ensuring the Aeroplan number in your Chexy account is accurate and belongs to you. Chexy is not responsible for Bonus Points deposited to an incorrectly entered Aeroplan account.

5.1. This Offer begins October 15, 2026 and continues until September 14, 2027. Chexy may modify, suspend, or terminate this Offer at any time, with or without notice, including changing the earn rate on a go-forward basis subject to applicable law.

5.2. Bonus Points properly earned before any modification or termination will be honoured in accordance with these Offer Terms.

6.1. Chexy reserves the right to withhold, revoke, or claw back, or direct Aeroplan to claw back, Bonus Points, and to suspend or terminate participation in this Offer, where it reasonably believes an Eligible Participant has engaged in fraud, abuse, misrepresentation, or conduct inconsistent with the spirit of this Offer, including manufactured spending or self-payment schemes.

7.1. Aeroplan points are subject to the terms and conditions of the Aeroplan program, available at aircanada.com/aeroplan. Chexy is not responsible for the Aeroplan program, including point valuation, expiry, redemption, or account status.

7.2. If your Aeroplan account is closed, suspended, or otherwise ineligible to receive points, Chexy has no obligation to compensate you for Bonus Points that cannot be deposited.

8.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chexy's total liability in connection with this Offer is limited to the deposit of properly earned Bonus Points. Chexy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from this Offer.

8.2. Nothing in these Offer Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including under Quebec consumer protection legislation where applicable.

9.1. Neither The Toronto-Dominion Bank nor any of its affiliates is a sponsor of, or responsible for, this Offer including without limitation the offer, issuance and deposit of any Bonus Points.

10.1. Information collected in connection with this Offer is handled in accordance with the Chexy Privacy Policy. By participating, you consent to Chexy sharing information with its service providers and with Aeroplan Inc. as necessary to administer this Offer and deposit Bonus Points to your Aeroplan account.

11.1. These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

11.2. If any provision of these Offer Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

11.3. In the event of a conflict between these Offer Terms and any marketing or promotional materials, these Offer Terms govern.

11.4. Chexy's decisions regarding eligibility, earning, and administration of the Offer are final, subject to applicable law.
