How to set a custom Interac security Q & A or custom memo

We include a custom memo in your rent E-transfer from Interac each month to ensure your landlord knows the rent payment has been issued on your behalf.

The memo must be between 1 and 130 characters in length and cannot include special characters or any information regarding your security question and answer.

You can select a custom security question & answer or custom memo for your monthly rent E-transfer by signing on to your user dashboard at app.chexy.co and selecting; Settings > Landlord Payout > Interac Security Details
