Sharing the Event

Follow along with the video above to learn about sharing your event.

Once the event is published, you may click on it from the Events calendar to review its details and current status. Under its Event Summary tab, you may view information regarding the time and date of the event, location, description, specific instructions, point of contact, visibility, and its unique registration link.

If you would like to share information about the event, scroll to the bottom of the Event Summary tab. There are two sharing options:

  • Click on the paper icon to copy the registration link to your clipboard. From there, you can paste the link to whichever social media or email you choose. Anyone who has access to the link may see the event.

  • Click on the letter icon to receive an email template to send. The email template will be prewritten for easy sending. Send it out to any volunteers you wish to notify about the event.
