If you notice 'Cancellation Enabled' displayed under the name of a school in your list, it means the school has opted to allow casuals to cancel their bookings directly through ClassCover. This feature provides greater flexibility for both schools and casuals in managing bookings.

How Does It Work?

  • Casual-Initiated Cancellations: Casuals can cancel a booking directly from their calendar without needing to contact the school. Once a cancellation is made, the school will be notified via email.

  • School Response: After receiving the cancellation notification, the school can promptly send a new booking invite to other casuals on their list.

How Does This Affect You as a Casual?

  • Empowered Scheduling: Casuals have the flexibility to manage their bookings and schedules more effectively.

  • Clear Communication: Schools are instantly notified of cancellations, ensuring transparency and quick follow-ups.
