Customising fields and downloading the report

With ClassCover, you can stay organised by using our payroll report feature. This means you don't have to keep a manual record of all days covered. Simply click a button to get a report on all bookings. This is makes payroll and record keeping a breeze, compared to having to manually fill out day sheets.

To get started with Payroll, you may want to set up custom fields that are specific to your school

As an admin user, you can do this by navigating to 'Admin settings' in the drop down from the menu bar on the desktop version. Scroll down to Payroll settings and input the fields you need. 

Going forward, when a booking is made through ClassCover, there will be an option for people placing the booking to input the required fields that you need.

Once that is set up then you are good to go!

You can find this report by going to your desktop version of ClassCover, click on 'reports' in the top menu bar and then click on 'Payroll report'. Here you can select the date interval and then download the excel file. 

To get the most out of this feature, it is important to inform all additional users who are also making bookings, what you want them to fill in here. It is also best practice to log in all relief teacher bookings through ClassCover, even if the booking was confirmed over the phone or in person as it will ensure a tidy and complete payroll report which in turn saves a lot of time in the long run.
