We understand how important it is for ClassCover to load quickly and run smoothly on your mobile device. The good news is, most issues are easy to resolve. Whether you’re using iOS or Android, this guide walks you through the most common reasons for app slowdowns and what you can do to fix them.

1. You Haven’t Cleared Cache/Data in a While

Over time, app data can build up and slow things down.

Try this:

  • Android: Go to Settings > Apps > ClassCover > Storage > Clear Cache

  • iOS: There’s no cache-clear option, but uninstalling and reinstalling the app has the same effect.

2. Your App Version Is Outdated

An older version of the app may not perform as well or may contain bugs that have already been fixed in a newer release.

Try this:

3. Background Apps Are Draining Resources

Too many apps running in the background can affect your device’s performance overall.

Try this:

  • Close other apps you're not using to free up memory and processing power.

4. Your Internet Connection Is Weak

A slow or unstable connection can cause delays in loading data within the app.

Try this:

  • If available, switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data

  • Move to a location with better signal

  • Restart your router if on Wi-Fi

5. You Haven’t Restarted Your Device in a While

Yes, the classic fix still works! Restarting your device can clear temporary files and improve performance.

6. Lack of Storage Space

If your device is running low on storage, it may struggle to run apps efficiently. Photos, videos, apps, and other large files consume storage, leaving your device with limited "thinking" space.

  • Solution: Regularly clear out unnecessary files and applications to keep your device storage below 90% capacity. This can improve the speed of both the app and general device performance.

Other Things to Try

  • Reinstall the App: Uninstall ClassCover and then reinstall it from your app store.

  • Restart the App: Fully close and reopen the app to give it a fresh start.
