Follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue:

  1. Log Out: First, log out of your ClassCover mobile app.

  2. Uninstall the App: Delete the app from your device.

  3. Restart Your Phone: Turn your phone off and then back on. This can help clear up any temporary system conflicts.

  4. Reinstall the App: Download and install the app again from your device’s app store.

  5. Log In Again: After reinstalling, open the app and log in with your credentials.

What’s Causing the Issue?

With frequent system and app updates, there can sometimes be rare interactions that create unexpected issues with app functionality. By uninstalling and reinstalling, you ensure that the app is aligned with your phone’s most recent updates, minimising potential conflicts with other apps or the operating system.
