1. End of Year Thank You (General Message)
Dear Casuals,
Thank you for your support in 2025. As we get ready for 2026, make sure your profile and documentation are up to date. If you aren't available to teach next year, please switch off bookings or deactivate your profile. Enjoy your well-deserved break!
2. Are You Available This Term?
Dear Casuals,
We are currently updating our casual list for the Term. If you are available for casual work, please update your availability. If you're not teaching casually in Term 2, please deregister from our school or switch off bookings.
3. Update Your Availability and Compliance Check (NSW Public Schools)
Dear Casuals,
We are updating our list. Please update your availability and ensure you have the green tick that shows you have completed training and are approved to teach. Without availability or a green tick, we cannot book you. If not available, please turn off your bookings.
4. Compliance Issue: No Tick or Orange Tick (NSW Public Schools)
You are showing either no tick or an orange tick. An orange tick means approval to teach is confirmed, but your mandatory training is not complete or has expired. No tick means you haven’t verified with NSW DoE via ClassCover. Please check so we can keep you on our list.
5. For Inactive Casuals
We have noticed you haven’t accepted a job with us or updated your availability. Therefore, we assume you are no longer looking for work at our school. Profiles with 'not indicated' (orange on availability) by [Enter Date] will be removed from our list.

1. Application Acknowledgement
Thank you for your application. We are in the process of reviewing candidates for the role at our school. We will be in touch if you are selected to continue through the interview process. Thanks again for applying!
2. Application Rejection
