If you step away from the POS, lock the screen so no one else can use it. Locking doesn’t sign you out.
How to lock the screen
In the left sidebar, select the lock icon.
You can also lock the screen from your profile panel. Select your initials in the bottom-left corner, then select Lock Screen.
How to unlock the screen
Enter your PIN.
Each staff member has their own PIN, so the system knows who is working. Staff PINs are created and managed under More > Users.
Troubleshooting
I entered the wrong PIN too many times.

After too many failed attempts, the screen locks for one minute before you can try again. The store admin also receives an email titled “Security Alert: Multiple Failed Unlock Attempts”, so they know about it.
