Use this article to sign in to the new CleanCloud, move between your stores and sign out.
How to sign in
Open pos.cleancloudapp.com in your browser.
Enter your email address and password.
Select the sign-in button.
If you forgot your password, use the password reset option on the sign-in page. Your store admin can also change your details at More > Users.
How to switch stores
If your account has more than one store, you can move between them without signing out.
Select your initials in the bottom-left corner to open your profile panel.
Select Switch Store.
Choose the store you want.
Note: Switch Store only shows if your account is set up for more than one store. If you can't see it, your user may not be added to the other store, or the email address or password differs between stores. Ask your admin to check, or contact Support.
How to lock the screen
If you step away, lock the screen instead of signing out. Select the lock icon in the left sidebar, then enter your PIN to unlock. See How to lock the screen.
How to log out
Select More in the sidebar.
Select Log out in the bottom-right corner.
Log out at the end of the day on shared devices.
