Go to More > Settings > Store Settings > Workflow > Assembly to set up how garments are racked and tracked through assembly.
These settings control how the Assembly page assigns racks and moves orders on. Assembly works best if you use one-time garment tags with barcodes or heat seals to track individual garments.
Configuration
Turn on Use Assisted Assembly.
Enter the Number of Rack Locations. This is the total number of racks you have.
Enter the Pieces Per Rack Location. This is the most garments CleanCloud will put on one rack. When a rack reaches this limit, extra garments go on another rack, even if they’re from the same order.
Automation rules
Remove Order from Assembly When: choose when an order leaves the Assembly page and its rack is cleared.
Order Cleaned: the order leaves once it’s marked as cleaned.
Order Picked Up: the order stays on the Assembly page until the customer picks it up.
Manually: you remove the order yourself.
Automatically Mark Order as Cleaned if All Garments Scanned: choose Yes to mark the order as cleaned and move it to the Ready page when you scan its last garment.
Automatically Print Receipt if All Garments Scanned: choose Yes to print a receipt when you scan the last garment.
