Understand the Moderation Runs page

The Moderation Runs and Automations pages: statuses, filters, search, and actions

Everything Moderation has done - every one-time run and every automation - is tracked under Moderation Runs in the navigation. This article explains what you'll find there, what the statuses mean, and the actions available for each run.

Where to look

  • Moderation Runs - every moderation run, newest first.

  • Automations - your ongoing moderation setups and their activity.

A run is one round of moderation on a set of assets. An automation is an ongoing setup that keeps moderating new assets as they arrive; its accumulated results open the same way a run's do.

What each run shows

Each row in the Moderation Runs table includes:

  • Name - the run's name (rename it anytime from the row menu).

  • Assets - thumbnails and the total number of assets in the run.

  • Rules - the rules that were applied, shown as chips. A small indicator appears if a rule has been updated since the run.

  • Summary - the outcome at a glance: how many assets were ✅ Approved,
🚩 Needs Review, and ❌ Rejected.

  • Date - when the run was created.

  • Status - where the run is in its lifecycle.

Run statuses

  • 🟡 Pending - the run is queued and about to start.

  • 🔵 Running - assets are being checked. You'll see live progress, for example "Moderating 45 of 100 (45%)."

  • 🟢 Processed - the run finished. Results are ready to review.

  • ⏹️ Stopped - the run (usually an automation) was stopped manually.

  • Failed - the run couldn't complete. Open it for details, and see "Why is my moderation run still processing?" for common causes.

Find a specific run

  • Search by run name using the search box.

  • Filter by status (for example, only Processed or Failed runs).

  • Sort by date or status by clicking the column headers.

  • If your filters match nothing, you'll see "No runs match your filters" - select Clear Filters to reset.

If you haven't run anything yet, the page shows "No runs yet - run your first moderation to get started."

Actions on a run

Open the row menu (⋯) on any run:

  • View - open the run's results page.

  • Rename - change the run's name.

  • Copy URL - copy a direct link to share with a teammate.

  • Export to CSV - download the results as a spreadsheet.

  • Stop - for a running automation. You'll be asked whether to finish queued assets, then stop, or stop immediately without processing the queue.

  • Delete - remove the run and its results from the list.

What to do at each stage

  • While a run is Running - you can open it and watch results arrive; there's no need to wait for the end.

  • When it's Processed - open it and start with the Needs Review filter; that's where your decisions are needed.

  • If it Failed - open the run to see error details, then check the troubleshooting article.
