Do you want to make collecting payments a breeze? Connecting with GoCardless is an easy way to manage your member payments in Clubworx!
Whether you're a new or existing member, you'll be able to link up GoCardless to be able to automate your member payments.
To connect your account simply:
Click on the "Admin" menu and head to "Account Profile."
Enter the "Autopayments" section
Choose "GoCardless"
Click "Select GoCardless Account":
You'll then be taken to the GoCardless Website to create a new account or sign in using an existing account:
Once you create your account or sign in, you'll be redirected to the Autopayments page within your Clubworx account where you'll be prompted to verify your account:
When you click on 'Go to account verification' you'll be asked to sign into GoCardless:
Within GoCardless you can select your plan, add your company and contact details, connect your bank account, and provide your contact details. This step will take about 5-10 minutes.
When the process is complete, you'll be redirected to Clubworx again. When you look at your Autopayments page now, you'll see the confirmation of your verified status:
