If you have existing mandates in GoCardless, importing them to your Clubworx members is a breeze!

First, you'll need to ensure that your members are already imported into Clubworx. If you'd like to do this on a bulk import spreadsheet, simply get in touch with our team at support@clubworx.com.

Once you've linked your GoCardless account, just head to Settings, then Account Profile, and click on Autopayments then Import Mandates. 

You'll now see a list of mandates that exist in GoCardless that are not linked to a contact in Clubworx. 

From there, simply click the chain icon and start typing the name of the member you'd like to link in Clubworx: 

If the member has no other mandates on their profile (including cancelled mandates), the imported mandate will be updated to their default mandate.
