The Clubworx team is here to guide you every step of the way. As part of your onboarding journey, you will be matched with an onboarding expert who will guide you through the process.
As part of your free onboarding package, you will start with a 30 minutes Onboarding Consultation. In this meeting, we get to know your business and requirements. We'll put together an onboarding plan with you so you feel confident getting started.
In addition to your onboarding consultation you get a free 1 hour Training Session. In this training session we help you to get to know the Clubworx basics. Already comfortable using Clubworx? This session can also be used to answer any questions you might have, or give you information on more advanced features if you're interested.

Let's Get Started!
Step 1 - Activate your Account
Activate your Clubworx account by adding your credit card and selecting the plan you need on the subscription page. To do this, click on the menu at the top right of your Clubworx page and select the option for My Subscription.
Step 2 - Connect your Payment Processor
Connecting a payment processor to your Clubworx account allows you to automate client payments and streamline your billing. If you’d like to set up a payment processor, our support team is here to help.

Step 3 - What are you going to sell?
Let’s define exactly what your members will be signing up for. Will they be purchasing class packs, casual passes, or ongoing memberships? Will you be offering any special promotions for opening day?
Once you’ve made these key decisions, you can create your Memberships under Settings > Membership Plans. In Clubworx, membership plans allow you to design structured offerings for your clients with flexible billing options such as upfront payments, recurring subscriptions, or casual drop-ins. These plans streamline your operations by automating payments, tracking attendance, and managing member access seamlessly.
If you’re planning an opening day deal, set it up as a separate membership that can be offered for a limited time, making it simple to track and manage alongside your standard memberships.
Step 4 - Creating your Class Timetable
If you plan to offer classes or sessions, setting up your timetable is an essential step in preparing to launch your business. By adding events to your calendar, you’ll enable new clients to book sessions with ease—and you can even promote your services by offering free trial classes! Once your Calendar is set up, don't forget to integrate your Clubworx calendar with your business Website.

Step 5 - Create your Sign Up form
Clubworx Online Forms make it simple to create a seamless, one-step sign-up process for your members. By creating a Sign Up Waiver, you can easily convert prospects into paying members while gathering all the information you need.
Your waiver allows you to:
Collect contact details
Secure acknowledgement of terms, conditions, and liability release
Gather payment information
Capture additional details through a customizable questionnaire
Waivers can be completed in person or via a shareable link. Promote your waiver link on your website, across your social media channels, or send it directly via email or SMS to make signing up quick and convenient for new members.
