The Member App is a mobile solution that helps businesses boost engagement, retention, and efficiency. Available as the Clubworx branded app, or as a Custom Branded app to enhance and elevate your customer's experience.

It gives members an easy way to book classes, make payments, and stay connected with your business — all from their phones — while reducing your admin workload through seamless integration with Clubworx.

With automated reminders, push notifications, and real-time scheduling, the app enhances the member experience, strengthens your brand, and keeps your community connected and growing.

Setting Up Your Member App

It's important to review the Member app settings to ensure that the Member app can be used for all your intended purooses. To get started setting up your Member app, simply go to Settings> Mobile App.


From this page, you can:

  • Review Features settings (available to Custom Branded app users only)

  • Enable or disable access from the Access Settings page. This page also allows you to determine what types of contacts can access your Member app (active, cancelled, suspended, NACs). You can also determine family management settings, and more specific settings such as Allowing membership purchases for members with no payment method, or allowing members to book mulitple classes at once.

  • The Design Settings Page allows Custom Branded app users to request changes to their app design and imagery.

  • Set up your Proximity Checkin by Adding your Event Locations, Proximity Checkin address and applying your Settings to your Calendar events.

  • Website Settings is a form that can be integrated with your website, that allows your members to request access to the Member app.


  • The Bulk Contact Changes Page allows to invite your Members to the Member app and manage their access in bulk.

Inviting your Members to the Member App

Once you're happy with your Member App settings, it is time to invite your Members and encourage them to use the Member app.


From the Bulk Contact Changes pages, you can filter your members so that your invites are only sent to your intended audience.

Then simply, select your members and use the options and the top right to enable the member app.

You can then follow up by sending your Members their Member app invitation by email or SMS from the bulk updates menu.

We recommend tracking your member's invitation status and encouraging your members to interact with the app. You can also resend the invitation when required. This will help you to successfully engage your members in your new feature.
