Upgrade/Downgrade your Members Membership Plans from inside their Account Profile.
Scroll down to Membership and click on Upgrade/Downgrade
A pop up box will appear
Choose to Upgrade or Downgrade to a new Membership Plan
Fill in the details for the change so that you can make a note of why there was a change in Membership Plans.
Click on the drop down menu to choose which Membership Plan to change to.
Click on Upgrade Plan.
A new window will appear.
Click on the Calendar icon to change the date to a future date if you don't want to use the current date to cancel the existing Membership Plan.
Choose what you want to do with the payments on their existing Membership Plan.
You will then be taken to the Add Membership Page
Click on the Calendar icon to change the date for when you want the New Membership to start, then click Continue.
Fill in the Payments section.
Click on the Calendar icon to enter the start date of the Payments. This date must be after the Membership Start Date.
Click on Save Membership.
The Upgraded/Downgraded Membership will now be applied to Members Account Profile.
